When you think about fun things to do with kids in Bradenton, Florida, the first place your mind usually goest to is - beach! The beach is a great time, but if you’re not up for the crowds, circling the lot for parking, or for getting covered in sand - a splash pad is always a wonderful option!
With several options for splash pads in the Sarasota, Bradenton area, there’s lots of fun to be discovered. We tried the splash pad at Pride Park in Bradenton and absolutely loved it! We’ve visited several times since.

One great thing about it is - and especially for families with little littles - is that the splash pad itself is completely fenced in, with one way in and out (and it’s a gate that closes!). So the sense of security is definitely there.
There are also lots of really fun structures and little spill buckets. All in all it’s fun, & colorful and there is even a lifeguard on duty to monitor running and make sure the kiddos are playing safely!
Below is a video from our YouTube channel that shows one of our fun days at Pride Park Splash Pad.
One thing I would like to note, is that although the park is safe during the day, I would advise not being in this area at night time
